Client Population: The practice primarily serves men and the families that love them, including adolescent males. We welcome and serve clients and clinicians from all backgrounds and identities, and are an LGBTQ+-affirming practice.

We handle intake scheduling, insurance billing, claims submission, payment processing, and core operations. Clinicians manage their own schedules and client relationships. We encourage flexible scheduling to include nights and weekends. Documentation remains the clinician’s responsibility, with systems designed for efficiency
a structure that protects your time
Clients receive one grace late cancellation or no-show every 6 months. After that, missed appointments are charged at the full session rate.
This supports consistent attendance and helps protect clinician time and income.
